When trying to install any CMS from cPanel’s Site Software, you will see a message as below. Site Software<\/strong> will provide addons which are allowed for your account.<\/p>\n

This is a modified cPanel module. Please contact the maintainer for support. (v0.5)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Website http:\/\/www.wordpress.org\/<\/strong><\/p>\n

Requires MySQL 5 or newer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sorry modified cPanel addons are not allowed, contact your server admin for more info.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are on a shared hosting platform, you need contact your web hosting provider<\/strong><\/a> to enable this feature. On a VPS hosting<\/a> OR Dedicated server<\/a>, you can perform the steps below.<\/p>\n

  1. Login to your WHM as root.<\/li>\n
  2. In the left pane, there are many options available. Find for cPanel Addons.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the CMS you wish to enable & tick the box on the lower right that says “Force refresh of all cpAddon sources<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Update Addon Config button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
